Friendly Dragon was born on the 8th April 2004 by Janet Smith and her daughter Laura Perkins. Janet's partner, Jon Hoyle, joined 12 months later. Janet is the big dragon fan having had an interest in dragons from an early age, probably to do with her Welsh background!!!.
From a small shop selling a few candles and ornaments to an established business in Halifax with 3 shops, Friendly Dragon has come a long way and we have a long way to go!
Currently we have the largest selection of pagan & spiritual artefacts in the North of England as well as all types of dragons, faeries & other mythical creatures, candles, incense etc...
We now have Chaos Clothing where we stock all alternative fashions from Hell Bunny to New Rock boots.
